Serve and volley or playing on the baseline

In any kind of work, we can have one of the two approaches, one is being proactive or in other words playing the serve and volley game, the other is being reactive or playing on the base line. As is obviously clear to all, the odds of winning a point if you are at the baseline are dramatically low. Playing at baseline involves a lot of running around and in the end you lose the point.

Whether you are standing on the net or running around at the baseline depends on many things you have to identify what those things are in your workplace.

Evaluate how you are your team are working, are you the one who rush to the net or are you the one hopelessly running around the baseline.
