As a kid you are bullied around by kids in the school, as an adult you are bullied around by other employees. Your diagram shows that bullying is not only legalised at work place, it is considered a very positive thing

All over the place, from the popular culture to the propaganda system, there is constant pressure to make people feel that they are helpless, that the only role they can have is to ratify decisions and to consume.

In search of your very own identity. In such scenarios, where there is too much of expecations and perceptions…the easiest escape is to ape others..I think it is conformity.
