So what is your resolution
Posted by Navin Harish - 2 Comments
“I am turning 30 and I can feel the effects on tobacco on my lungs when I climb a flight of stairs, my resolution is to quit smoking.”
“Today is the first death anniversary of my friend who died in a violent car crash while driving drunk. My resolution is to never drive drunk.”
“Today is my daughter’s 5th birthday and my resolution is to lose the extra kilos I have piled on because I don’t want her to be embarrassed of me.”
If your resolution was made on a personal milestones, you have far better chances of sticking to it than a resolution you made on a new year… just because it is what most people do.

For me it is not about actually changing something in my life through those resolutions, it is a part of bringing n the new year.
