Toll Plaza of a different kind

There are something that are difficult for me to understand which is why they are difficult to explain as well. Things like the irresponsible and unacceptable behavior of the government. How can they claim to have done a good job when we are driving on roads with potholes, have public healthcare system which you will use only if you have no other option … or a death-wish. You get the drift.
Something which is even more difficult to understand is what I experience something while returning from Faridabad to Noida late in the night. It was well past midnight and I was expecting a smooth run to my home but to my disappointment, I was stuck in traffic for well over an hour. There was no trailer with its belly up on the road, no construction work going on the road. What we had the Police which had put the barricades for blocking trucks that were over loaded to collect bribe. Only one truck could pass through that at a time and while doing that, the driver was handing out the money to the “collector”.

Ha Ha. I have seen them too. They are mostly on interstate borders.
